3/4- or fully automatic flat screen printing machine for glass and other rigid large-format materials.

  • Flatbed screen printing machine designed for printing on architectural glass and other rigid large-format materials.
  • Longitudinal transport of the sheets enables the handling of large glass formats.
  • Positioning the material relative to the center or side, depending on the process configuration.
  • Repeatable positioning of the pane relative to fixed stops.
  • Programmable printing parameters to ensure repeatability between subsequent orders.
  • PLC control enabling operation in semi-automatic, 3/4-automatic and fully automatic modes.
  • Abrasion-resistant printing table, equipped with a blower to aid glass positioning.
  • THIEME print head with automatic squeegee pressure adjustment.
  • Movable head for access to the table during manual loading, positioning and print inspection.
