  • Visual aid for aligning the printed substrate using a camera, monitor and color change.
  • The table top acts as an adapter plate to hold the substrate during lamination.
  • Gripper for holding the top layer of foil during lamination.
  • Easy removal of the laminated element thanks to the air blowing.
  • The Thieme laminator laminates a specially laminated laminating film using a roller with adjustable pressure. During the laminating cycle, one film is held in place by a vacuum. A pneumatic gripper holds the upper film in place.
  • Foot switch control with safety light curtain.
  • Siemens PLC controller with touch control panel on the swivel arm.
