HEAD:

  • electric press with a pressure of 1700 kg,
  • servo-electric foil rewinding with foil level sensor,
  • heating plate in size 335 x 165 [mm],
  • foil guidance – quick-change expansion rollers as standard.

FOIL GUIDE – the foil can be guided in the machine using two methods (both options are available in the machine after retooling).

A. PERMANENT FILM GUIDE – fixed position independent of the head movement (selection of the foil guiding type – depending on the shape of the detail).

B. MOBILE FILM GUIDE – position dependent on the head movement (selection of the type of foil guidance – depending on the shape of the detail).

EXPANSION ROLLERS – enable quick, tool-free HS film replacement. Pressing the button releases the film roll. Pressing it again secures the next film roll. The expansion rollers are driven by servo motors.

SIDE COVERS WITH SLIDING DOORS – opening side covers enable easy replacement of the foil and facilitate the machine retooling without increasing the width of the machine when opening.

TECHNOLOGICAL COMPARTMENT – on each side (2 compartments). Equipped with a pull-out tool wall. Allows storage of tools, dies, and HS foils.

DIE and HANDLE – Front-back, left-right, and angle adjustment of the die. Additionally, the entire die can be tilted. Quickly retooled die with an insulated handle reduces the risk of burns.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: 

CUTTING KNIFE – used for precise and controlled separation of foil from workpieces. Using a knife with an adjustable trajectory minimizes foil wear while ensuring proper tension and allows for work with workpieces with complex geometry.

DEIONIZER - used to neutralize excess electrostatic charges before the decorating process.

TORQUE MODE - Designed for parts whose technology requires a specific load during printing. The print head moves towards the part, applies a specific pressure upon contact, and then returns to the waiting position.
