Various emulsion coating options are available to cover all types of mesh:

  • Direct emulsion
  • Capillary film
  • Mesh with pre-coated PCF photosensitive layer

Currently, the most commonly used method is direct emulsion application. It's important that the emulsion be standardized—automatically and consistently applied by the coating machine.
