A busy July in the KELLER assembly hall. A quick overview of the printing machines and equipment we're building.

The Keller assembly hall is bustling with activity. We produce five printing machines in parallel:

• A three-color screen printing machine for printing on household appliance panels. We've implemented an innovative drive that directly impacts print speed and quality. The printing process uses UV inks. High efficiency.
• Single-color screen printer for printing cosmetic bottles. The printed part is cylindrical. The machine can be easily retooled for different part sizes. It features UV ink curing and a module with visual monitoring of print quality.
• A pad printing machine with two printing sections for pens or other cylindrical objects. An intelligent workpiece feeder with automatic positioning. Surface ionization and ink curing with infrared (IR) radiation.
• Four-color screen printing machine for round, cylindrical, and conical parts. Fully automated printing process.
• An auxiliary device for receiving printed textiles from a screen printing machine. It ensures a fully automated production process.

All the devices mentioned were created according to individual orders from our customers and are fully adapted to existing production lines.
